Step 3: Set Up Your Patient Portal
You’ll receive an email invitation to create your Patient Portal account. If you don’t see it quickly, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. All forms and documentation will be available in the portal.

Please complete these at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can process your paperwork and verify your insurance benefits in advance.

Step 4: Log On for Your First Appointment
On the day of your telehealth therapy session, we recommend logging in at least 5 minutes early to ensure your internet and video connection are working properly. This helps us start on time and support you without interruptions.
